A message to our customers about Coronavirus (COVID-19):

At Doug Fox Parking, the health and safety of our customers and employees is always at the forefront of our business. As we continue to monitor the developments of Coronavirus, we are taking all precautions to provide a safe environment for all staff and customers:

  • Doug Fox is adhering to the face-mask policies established by the Port of Seattle and the State of Washington. Additional information on face-masks can be found on the following webpages:

  • The cleanliness of our shuttles is always a top priority at Doug Fox, and especially now. Our shuttles are being cleaned and sanitized frequently and thoroughly between trips to the airport, paying special attention to the areas and surfaces that are most touched by customers (door handles, seats, luggage shelves, handrails, etc).
  • Employees are required to wash their hands regularly throughout the day for a minimum of 30 seconds, and are using hand sanitizer between washes.
  • We’ve extended sick pay to our employees during this time to make sure a sick employee doesn’t feel the need to come to work with flu symptoms. All sick employees will stay home.

Self-Park and Personal Safety

We are taking additional steps to help our customers minimize contact with us and we are one of the few airport parking lots offering self-park. Customers keep their keys at all times, which means no one has access to your vehicle, or has been inside your vehicle, but you.

We can all do our part to stop the spread of the infection. We encourage you to practice increased safety measures while traveling: wash your hands with soap and water for 30 seconds, cover your nose and mouth (with a tissue or your elbow) when coughing or sneezing, avoid touching your face, use sanitizer between hand washings, and please stay home if you are ill.

Bookings and Cancellations

We understand that your upcoming travel plans are being affected by these exceptional circumstances, and we hope to make this difficult time less stressful for you. All reservations can be changed or cancelled 24-hours before the date/time of the reservation without any additional fees.

Point Club Members who booked through their account or using a Point Club voucher can cancel their reservation through their Point Club account.

If you’ve made your booking without a Point Club account, please contact us to cancel your reservation. Please include the email that you booked with, along with your booking number.

We will continue to observe the WHO and the CDC guidelines for effective treatments and action plans, as well as local, state, and federal mandates regarding COVID-19 safety. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us anytime.
