About the Shuttle Service

Doug Fox is only three minutes away from the SeaTac terminals, making it the closest parking lot to the airport. Our attentive shuttle service is alerted the moment customers enter the parking lot and will pick you up directly from your car, assist with your luggage and hand over a slip with your vehicle's location (make sure you hold into this!). In no time, you are on your way; grab a complimentary water bottle and enjoy the comfortable (albeit brief) ride to the airport. Tell your driver which airline you are flying and he or she will make certain that you arrive quickly and safely.

Upon your return, meet the Doug Fox shuttle at the transit islands (the same place where they drop you off) and present your parking slip to the driver to be dropped off at your vehicle. At Doug Fox, you will never have to haul your luggage across the lot. We make pickup and drop-off as easy as possible.

We run on demand. When you're ready to go, so are we. Let us know you've returned with a call from the transportation plaza courtesy phones or dial the number on your parking slip. We will immediately dispatch a shuttle to pick you up.

Just as with airfare, reserving your parking spot at Doug Fox in advance of your trip qualifies you for a discounted rate. The earlier you book, the better the rate—up to 25% off! Additionally, prearranging your parking with an online reservation guarantees you a spot in the lot.

If you choose to pay in full when you book online, you will receive the best discount. Plus, paying in advance means that you do not have to pay upon exit, getting you on your way even faster. You also have the option put down a deposit and pay at the exit gate. This will still get you a partial discount and saves you a space in the parking lot.

For every dollar you spend at Doug Fox, you will earn points that can be redeemed for free or reduced parking. These points can be used at any time and can be combined with other payment methods.

Traveling for business? You can also track your parking activity with the Point Club membership. This gives you complete access to your account, transaction history, printable receipts, account information and more to take the headache out of expense reports.

Add a credit card to your account to make earning points a breeze. We work with a highly secure, third-party credit card processor that generates a unique "token" so that your credit card information remains untraceable and completely private. Doug Fox is PCI Compliant and will use only this randomly generated sequence (never the card number itself) to track your accrued points.
